This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the date that it is shown as valid.
- No change can be given for any service which is under the value of this voucher.
- Although we aim to provide the best quality and availability of services to our guests, we cannot guarantee in any way the effectiveness or availability of a particular service during our opening hours.
- We reserve the right to change the prices at any time on 14 days prior notice.
- If you wish to exchange your gift voucher for something of equivalent value and nature at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa, we will endeavour to do this for you but, any such exchange is at the manager’s discretion and subject to availability.
- You may change the time and/or date of you booking provided that 48 hours (4 days in the case of group bookings) prior notice is received and the requested day is no later than the expiry date of the voucher. If you fail to attend such booking or cancel with less than 48 hours notice prior to the time of such booking, you will be charged 50% of the full value of the services booked. If you cancel or fail to attend such booking without giving such notice, you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
- Please hand vouchers in to our reception staff on arrival for the services against which you wish to redeem this voucher, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
- A credit card is required to secure any additional bookings.
- For cash vouchers, you may redeem the value shown on the voucher against the price of any services provided at the hotel. To make a booking simply call us on 01590 624467 or email relax@senspa.co.uk quoting your voucher number first.
